1. What types of baked goods do you offer?

We offer a variety of homemade treats including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and seasonal specialties. Check our menu for all current offerings!

2. How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. Just browse our products, add to cart, and check out. For custom orders, please use our contact form or email us directly.

3. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance for standard items and 1–2 weeks for custom cakes or large orders. Last-minute requests? Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

4. Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer local delivery within the 77070 zipcode area. Delivery fees apply and vary by distance. 

5. Do you ship your baked goods?  

We ship select items like cookies, brownies, and dry mixes across the country. Fragile or perishable items (like frosted cakes) are available for local delivery or pickup only.

6. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, local pickup is available from [your pickup location]. You’ll receive pickup instructions after placing your order.

7. Do you make custom cakes or desserts?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom cakes, cupcakes, and dessert boxes for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and more. Use our “Custom Order” page to get started.

8. Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options?

Not at this time. Check back on our website for more updates.

9. What payment methods do you accept?  

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle and other secure online payment methods.

10. Can I change my order?

Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance for standard orders and 5 days for custom orders. Contact us as soon as possible if something comes up.

11. What should I do if there's an issue with my order? 

We take pride in our products and customer service. If something’s not right, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll work to make it right.

12. How do I contact you?

There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment. All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
